We’ve taken Ayurveda inspired Shirodhara and added the highly technical modality of Craniosacral work to create the ultimate in hands-on neurological relief. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain. Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment known for its euphoric effects on the mind and entire nervous system. After preparing the head with a warm herbal infused oil, a stream of warm oil is poured continuously over the forehead.

This is Swedana (Steam Bath) with the help of wrapping the body parts with medicinal paste & banana leaves. The first part of this therapeutic healing session is spent spreading medicinal paste and wrapping the body. Then you will immerse in the steam from your decoction of herbs. After removing the paste, you are then given a gentle massage around the joints with warm, medicated oils.
