JUICING

Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of a wide range of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other nutrients, including phytochemicals - compounds that have been shown to combat cancer in a petri dish. Since more of the healthful substances found in fruits and vegetables are being discovered all the time, no supplement pill can contain all of these compounds. The main part is that supplements are an extraction or isolate of the full compound of the its “real” counterpart.

It is recommended that you consume two glasses of live juices per day for maintenance. During your cleansing process (first 21 days of the plan) it is recommended that 4 glasses of juice are prepared per day to speed the healing & recovery and to clean the internal environment so that your body gets ready to heal.

What To Juice

Green juices cleanse the body of pollutants and have a rejuvenating effect. They are rich in chlorophyll, which helps to purify the blood cells, detoxify and heal the body, and provide the body with energy. Only 1 green juice should be consumed per day. Vegetable juices are restorers. They boost immunity, remove acid wastes, and alkalize the blood. For the greatest health benefit, use many different vegetables for your juices. Fruit juices help cleanse the body and nourish it with important nutrients, including cancer-fighting antioxidants. Drink up to 12 oz of fruit juice per day.
